Card Inspiration - Ella Friends Blog Hop! ETA - and giveaway!

Though this was posted on Monday, I just got the go-ahead from Angie that I can give away a copy of this e-book! I will enter every one who already left me a comment plus anyone else who leaves me a comment by next Monday 12 December.

Also if you don't want to take your chances and you want to go ahead and buy the book now, use the code CARDHOP, which will save you $2 off the 31 Thank You Cards eBook.
Fine print: Cannot be combined with any other coupon code or gift certificate. One coupon per customer. Expires 12/10/11.

I have been going card crazy recently. I have just fallen in love with making cards! They are quick and easy, and you can use up bits and pieces of stash that you might not get to otherwise. And at the end of it all you get something eminently usable!

has some beautiful and doable card designs and ideas that can be made into any type of card, not just thank-you cards.

I did this Christmas card based on the card on page nine of the book:
My term as an Ella Friend is just about coming to an end. They will be announcing the new 2012 Ella Friends any day now. It has been an amazing experience for me. Angie and Wendy are great to work with and for. And the other Ella Friends, well, I am still amazed to be included in a group of such talented, authentic ladies.
As a little farewell tour, we are doing a blog hop today where we are each featuring Christmas cards inspired by the latest Ella eBook, so please go and check out what the others have done:
And of course, check the book out too! It's awesome!

Sweet card! I've been thinking for months now that I wish I had time to use my extra bits on cards - I think I'll get around to it next year - I'm sure I could sell a few too!
