Therapeutic scrapbooking utilizes a person’s entire brain and actually enhances memory. It stretches creative thinking which overflows into all areas of life. It pairs the right (creative) side of the brain with the left (logical) side of a brain in a very unique way. Therapeutic scrapbooking strengthens visual memory through the use of photos, stabilizes emotions through self-expression, and increases self-esteem.

I don't need to add anything to this, do I...?
So I'll just share a page, a little love note for my big daughter, which did for me everything that scrapbooking is purported to do, above:
This is an adaptation of a Jody Wenke LO. I scraplifted it before, last year. It is one of my favourite pages. I could do this design over and over again. Love it. I have to figure out where to put the date on here so it doesn't interfere with the clean-n-simpleness of the page though... any suggestions anyone?

And if you didn't already, enter my stamp giveaway. There's still plenty time before I draw a winner.

very cute page!
I would put the date in small alphas in the bottom right of that top block (just above the printed paper) - I try to date all my layouts - very important - but you could of course just put it on the back...And that is a VERY NICE page INDEED - may use that idea myself actually - off to pin!! (don't know if I should thank you or give you a cyber smack for introducing me to Pinterest!!)
